Fourth Phase Fabrication is a light weld/machine shop local to Austin Texas delivering quality welding and machining services.

At Fourth Phase Fabrication we use our knowledge and skills of metal fabrication and machining as well as design and assembly to bring our customers creative visons to life.

Our shop is capable of 3-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, MIG, TIG and Stick welding processes to complete light production runs of parts with an emphasis on helping customers manufacture their custom designs. We also offer CAD design services.

  • Aluminum Axle Housing

    Machined aluminum axle housing that holds two bearings per housing and a shaft through. Custom designed part for a prototype underground delivery robot.

  • Aluminum Thread Drive Block.

    Machined aluminum custom designed block for transfer of rotational motion of a thread drive to linear actuation. Part of a prototype for an underground delivery robot.

  • Stainless Steel Mixing Capsules

    Machined stainless steel mixing capsules for mixing non-permanent experimental tattoo ink.

  • Pipe Alignment Jig

    TIG welded tapped tabs to machined steel tube for pipe alignments.

  • Dual Shielding Gas Cylinder Mounts (CAD)
